The SmallRig 4159 Camera Cage is a lightweight and durable aluminum accessory designed to provide protection and versatile mounting options for the Canon EOS R6 Mark II. This formfitting cage ensures unobstructed access to the camera's controls, battery, and SD card slot while offering multiple attachment points for accessories. It features an integrated Arca-type base, allowing for quick and easy tripod mounting.

The camera is secured to the cage with a single 1/4"-20 screw, complemented by side locks and a silicone pad on the base to prevent unwanted movement or scratches. A range of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, along with ARRI-style locating points, provide secure mounting for accessories while preventing rotation.

Additionally, the cage is equipped with NATO rails on both sides, a top-mounted cold shoe for external attachments, and built-in strap slots for adding a wrist or neck strap. A conveniently stored wrench on the bottom of the cage ensures quick adjustments when needed.
